How to Register for a Trip
Use the form below to submit your contact information and trip details. Once we receive your trip registration we will contact you to confirm your details and your participation on the selected trip. Please note that spaces are limited for each trip and we can not guarantee a space on the trip until we confirm availability and get a deposit from you. Trip Deposit
Once your contact information and trip details are confirmed, we will send you an email with payment instructions to make a deposit to secure your space on the trip. The deposit will be applied to the full cost of your trip. The balance of your trip fee will be outlined in your registration materials.
Guaranteed to Go
OnaVelo bike packing tours require a minimum number of guests to run and are not guaranteed until that number is reached. In the event that a trip has low registrations, we will notify guests at least 90 days prior to departure with the option to select a different date with more guests booked or to get a full refund of any payments including the Trip Deposit toward the trip you registered for. Please don’t reserve airfare or travel arrangements before the trip is Guaranteed to Go.
Cancellation Policy | 2024/2025
Pre-Confirmation “Guaranteed to Go” Cancellation: If you cancel your trip before it is confirmed “Guaranteed to Go,” you will receive a full refund of your Trip Deposit and any additional payments.
Post-Confirmation “Guaranteed to Go” Cancellation: If you cancel your trip after it is confirmed “Guaranteed to Go,” please note that your Trip Deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be transferable to another trip or individual. Any payments made in addition to your Trip Deposit will be refunded in full.
Please be aware that once a trip is confirmed, we incur costs associated with various arrangements. Therefore, timely cancellations help minimize financial impact on both the traveler and OnaVelo.
